Adults, identity, and consent
- Every user and every person depicted or described in sexual material must be at least 18 years old.
- Content that depicts, sexualizes, role-plays, labels, or markets a person as a minor is prohibited even if an adult performer is used.
- Every identifiable participant must have freely and specifically consented to the activity, recording, publication, and intended commercial use.
- Creators must be able to provide accurate identity, age, performer-consent, and rights records when requested. Email verification alone is never sufficient.
- Consent may be withdrawn or disputed. VelvetVote may disable access while a report is investigated.
Prohibited sexual and exploitative material
- Child sexual abuse material, grooming, sexual exploitation of a minor, or links and instructions used to obtain such material.
- Non-consensual intimate imagery, hidden-camera material, sexual extortion, revenge imagery, or material distributed outside the consent given.
- AI-generated, face-swapped, or otherwise manipulated intimate imagery of an identifiable real person without documented permission.
- Trafficking, prostitution or escort solicitation, coercion, blackmail, intoxication or unconsciousness that prevents consent, or sexual activity presented as actually involuntary.
- Bestiality, necrophilia, incest involving real relatives, extreme violence, serious bodily harm, or content that instructs or encourages criminal abuse.
Other prohibited conduct
- Copyright or trademark infringement, impersonation, fraud, deceptive claims, or use of another person's private information without permission.
- Harassment, credible threats, stalking, doxxing, hate-based abuse, or attempts to identify an anonymous respondent.
- Malware, credential theft, automated abuse, unauthorized scraping, security testing without permission, or evasion of rate limits and moderation.
- Spam, purchased or scraped contact lists, unsolicited creator invitations, or misleading links.
- Any activity prohibited by applicable law, a court or regulator order, or a service provider whose infrastructure VelvetVote lawfully uses.
Creator and publication controls
Creator access is invitation-only. A creator profile is reviewed before publication. VelvetVote may require age, identity, consent, ownership, collaborator, and release records before enabling any future media or monetization feature. Content that cannot be verified must not be published.
Approval of a profile is not permanent certification. We may re-review, restrict, or remove a profile when circumstances, evidence, or legal requirements change.
How to report
Anyone may report a safety concern without creating an account. Send the exact VelvetVote URL, a description of the issue, the person or material affected, and any non-illegal supporting information to velvetvote.support@gmail.com. Do not download, forward, or attach suspected child sexual abuse material.
If someone is in immediate danger, contact local emergency services. Australian residents can also report image-based abuse or illegal online content to the eSafety Commissioner.
